Loraventi currently ships to destinations within the European Union. Standard shipping is €4.90 per order. Standard shipping within Germany is free on orders of €55 or more. Express shipping within Germany is available for €9.99.
Every order is prepared for dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination and shipping carrier.
Once your order has entered processing, changes cannot always be guaranteed. If you need assistance, please contact us as early as possible.

You may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with applicable law. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law.

If your necklace arrives damaged or appears to be defective, contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
Your statutory rights relating to defects and lack of conformity remain unaffected. We will review the matter and provide the remedy required under applicable law.
