Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send an unequivocal withdrawal statement before the period expires.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of the return unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery method are not reimbursed.

You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
